Our building the Patrizierhaus, is in a central however peaceful location in direct proximity of many points of interest. One of the main shopping streets in Vienna and numerous restaurants in and around the museum quarter are only a few minutes walking and via public transportation or taxi one can be anywhere in Vienna within the half hour. The conveniently close and romantic Christmas markets add during the holidays an additional flair to the environment of our hotel.

Vienna has warm summers with average highs of 24 to 36°C and lows of around 18°C. Winters are relatively dry and cold with average temperatures between 0 and 6°C. Spring and autumn are mild. Precipitation is generally moderate throughout the year. Snow in the winter is not uncommon, but rare compared to Western and Southern regions in Austria.
